Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Sexualized depictions of minors or content that sexualizes children
Child nudity intended for abuse or exploitation
Grooming, enticement, or trafficking of minors
Any trade, solicitation, or exploitation involving children
Confirmed violations are removed immediately, accounts are permanently banned, and reports are submitted to law enforcement, including NCMEC where applicable.

Protecting minors is a core duty for Bubi. MALCOLM WINCHESTER runs layered safeguards — automated detection, trained moderators, user reporting, and cooperation with authorities — to prevent harm to children on the Platform.

CSAM is illegal worldwide. Bubi uses hash-matching, AI classifiers, and human review to detect and remove CSAM. Confirmed material is preserved only as required for legal reporting, then removed from user-facing systems.

Any attempt to create, share, request, or facilitate CSAE on Bubi results in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities. We do not allow exceptions or warnings for confirmed CSAE.
